What is Noviqlo?

Noviqlo is an online jewellery store operated by Harders Products, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. We offer jewellery to customers in the United Kingdom and handle orders, payments and customer support in accordance with UK consumer law.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping within the United Kingdom is free on all orders. There are no additional handling fees at checkout.

 

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 9 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, our Shipping Policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom. Shipping options shown at checkout determine availability.

 

What is your return policy?

You may return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn and in its original condition, including all original packaging, tags and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

 

How long do refunds take?

Once your return has arrived at our processing centre and been inspected, approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear.

 

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team. In some cases, we may advise returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct product to ensure accurate stock handling.

You may cancel or update your order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may still return the item in accordance with our Refund Policy.
